I am happy to see teas in my favorite honey store! I have purchased 4 different teas. Anxiety relief has all the ingredients I love. It is very good quality tea and has a nice flavor without a sharpness to it. I paired it with Strawberry honey and it was so good. I have a tea kettle that I have set to heat to the correct temp for this tea (180 degrees) and I steep for 3 minutes and it’s perfect. The tea expands a lot so 1 tsp was plenty in an infuser. And I was able to run another 8oz through it. I would have rated it 5 stars but I typically drink decaf tea or herbal with no caffeine. I was told this was decaf but there is no where on the bottle that states that and I am caffeine sensitive and can tell it does have it in it. I would have hoped for decaf tea for an anxiety relief tea so I find myself reaching for it less.

Thank you for this detailed review! We truly appreciate it! I love that second cup of tea too. I often do this and ice the second cup. I have done some research on the teas and learned a few things. First, I apologize for the wrong information being given about the tea being decaffeinated. Most decaffeination is actually done with a process using formaldehyde, we do not work with chemicals. We do carry two teas that naturally do not have caffeine in them, here are the links!
